1. Agreement to Terms

By booking our services or using our AI photobooth, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lumina AI Photobooths ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Services

Lumina AI Photobooths provides AI-powered photobooth rental services for events including but not limited to weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and private celebrations. Our services include:

• Delivery, setup, and collection of photobooth equipment
• AI-enhanced photo transformations (Celebrity Selfie, Superhero, Brand Ambassador, etc.)
• Digital photo delivery via QR code
• Optional photo printing services
• Optional attendant services

3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified. We will send you a booking confirmation via email.

3.2 Pricing

Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored. Additional charges may apply for extended hours, travel outside Dubai, or custom requirements.

3.3 Payment Terms

We accept payment via credit card on delivery, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed. Full payment must be received before or on the day of the event.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before the event: Full refund minus any administrative fees
• 3-7 days before the event: 50% refund
• Less than 3 days / 72 hours before the event: No refund
• Less than 24 hours before the event: 50% service fee applies

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.

5. Event Requirements

The client is responsible for:

• Providing accurate event details (date, time, venue, duration)
• Ensuring adequate space for photobooth setup (minimum 3m x 3m)
• Providing access to a power outlet within 5 meters of the setup area
• Ensuring the venue permits photography and photobooth equipment
• Providing safe, indoor or covered setup location (protection from weather)
• Arranging parking access for our delivery team

6. Equipment and Liability

6.1 Equipment Care

The photobooth equipment remains the property of Lumina AI Photobooths. The client is responsible for ensuring guests treat the equipment with reasonable care. Any damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional actions will be charged to the client.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure reliable service, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service. We are not responsible for technical failures beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues at the venue.

7. Photo Usage and Rights

7.1 Guest Photos

Photos taken at your event are provided for personal, non-commercial use by you and your guests. Guests consent to being photographed by participating in the photobooth experience.

7.2 Promotional Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we may use anonymous or non-identifiable photos from events for promotional purposes, including our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish for any photos to be used, please notify us before the event.

8. AI Technology

Our photobooth uses artificial intelligence to create enhanced and transformed images. By using our service, you acknowledge that AI-generated images are artistic interpretations and may not always produce perfect results. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from AI transformations. The AI technology is used solely for entertainment purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lumina AI Photobooths and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemics, or severe weather conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.
